Thank you for your interest in Canada’s most popular and successful youth organization! Youth ages 12 to 18 are encouraged to come out on a Tuesday evening and join us for an introduction and tour.

653 Champlain Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron (RCACS) is located in Renfrew Ontario.  

The cadet training year (normally) runs coincidental with the school year. Between the months of September and June, 653 Champlain Squadron conducts training on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm to 9:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Air Force Association Wing at 164 Argyle Street South, Renfrew, ON K7V 1T5.

Due to the COVID-19 Health Emergency, this year all new registrations will be done virtually. Simply download and complete the required forms below. Return scanned copies of the signed documents, along with copies of the applicant’s Birth Certificate and Health Card, to 653Air@Cadets.gc.ca .

* Please note that 653 Champlain Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron will be strictly adhering to all Public Health Measures – Masks will be required indoors at all times!  Note that this year, while in-person activities will not start before October 1, 2020, virtual training is expected to begin in September.
